Have you ever wanted to learn to cut your own meat?
Rino’s Kitchen is offering a unique opportunity to get hands on instruction in learning to butcher your own meat. Space is limited to 8 people.
A butcher will walk you through step by step, breaking down a Berkshire side of pork from whole animal to ready to cook cuts. This will be an extensive, 4-5 hour long class.
You will butcher one of Wagner’s Berkshire pigs and take home a share equivalent to roughly 25-35 lbs of meat. Lunch is included in the cost of the class.
Cost of the class is $250 and includes instruction and your share of the animal (roughly 25-35 lbs of meat) and lunch. Spots will be reserved when payment is received in full. Click here to purchase tickets.
