Foia Restaurant
On Wednesday, September 25, 2013, Foia Restaurant is excited to start the fall off with a vegan dinner…and a great one it is going to be!
The dinner will follow the same format as past events: doors open at 6:00pm with dinner served at 7:00pm.
Here is a look at the menu for the evening:
First Course
Rice paper crostini, local radish, buttered oil, chives, nut cheese and smoked maldon salt.
Second Course
Puree of mushroom soup, mushroom ragu, topped with truffle oil
Third Course
Fall panzanella salad with zucchini, roasted squash and Jerusalem artichoke, beet puree and watermelon radish
Fourth Course
Celery root and parsnip pot pie
Fifth Course
Pumpkin pie, sweet potato, candied walnuts and cinnamon streusel
