2 Minute Grilled Beef Chuck Short Ribs
Serves 4

2 cups brown sugar
2 cups soya sauce
2 lbs thinly cut beef chuck short ribs

Mix soya sauce and brown sugar. On low heat gently simmer mixture until it is reduced down to a thick glaze. Let cool.

Ensure grill is hot. Brush glaze on beef chuck short ribs. Grill for 1 minute per side. Enjoy!
