In case you missed it, tonight was the debut of our Arms Eats segment on CTV Windsor with our pal, Arms Bumanlag. For the inaugural piece, we invited The Manchester down to Dieppe Park to cook us up one of their favourite dishes: Manchester Curry.
The recipe is easy to make. Give it a try:
- Sauté vegetables in oil (and wine if desired)
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
- 2/3 cup of cream
- Add Indian curry paste to taste
- Serve over steamed rice
