Eat Your City Restaurant Week is all about showcasing local dining establishments. Joe Schmoes Eats n Drinks is taking that local concept and running with it on their EYC menu.
The LaSalle restaurant will be offering an all day $15 three course meal during the restaurant week, taking place August 12-18, 2013, featuring products from farms, breweries and distilleries across Windsor-Essex in each and every menu item offered. Also, by the time EYC rolls around, you’ll be able to enjoy it all on the patio at their new location.
The ‘pièce de résistance’ is their Essex County Burger, a fresh 6oz hand packed beef patty from Shawn Moore Farms topped with pork belly from Gemus Farms in Maidstone, an over easy organic egg, local asparagus, a fresh made hollandaise on a garlic ciabatta bun.
Eat Your City Restaurant Week takes place August 12-18, 2013 with participating restaurants throughout Windsor-Essex offering prix-fixe 3-course menus for $10, $15, $25 or $35.
