Butcher Jamie Waldron will be on hand to show you how to break down Berkshire Pork. The menu will not only be a showcase of what Essex County has to offer but will also highlight the skills and talents of local artisans like Jamie who have revived the lost art of butchery.Tickets are $45 and include the following meal:
- Cured Guanciale (pork jowels) Crostini w/ fresh basil, garlic & parmesan cheese
- Fresh Linguini Arrabiatta – onions, peppers & homemade sausage over fresh linguini
- Mediterranean Stuffed Pork Loin Roast over potato mash – rosemary, fig, black olive, onion
- Essex County Blueberry Crumble
