A huge congratulations are in order to Jay Souilliere and Gino Gesuale of Motor Burger as the restaurant has been selected to be featured in the Readers Digest ‘Great Canadian Burger’ issue.
Their ‘Deux Chevaux’ burger will be showcased alongside other creations from Top Chef Contestants Kunal Ghose of Red Fish Blue Fish in Victoria, and Connie DeSousa of Charcut in Calgary, as well as Emily Homsy of Au Pied du Cuchon in Montreal and Katie Hayes of Bonavista Social Club in Newfoundland.
