The first 3 courses of this feast are set with an Amouse Bouche, Pistou and Sauteed Carrots as the items. The first course is also set as a Sorbet palate cleanser. Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Pesto
I’ve always loved fresh pesto.
I really don’t eat much meat while I am at home, so when I head out to restaurants I usually go the beef route to satisfy any cravings. This sous-vide 5 oz. filet with sauteed herbed mushrooms and finished with a wine demi-glace is served with garlic mashed potatoes.
Chocolate Fudge Lava Cake
Seriously. Says this aloud to yourself a few times and see if your mind resist you wanting to devour a piece.

Winter Bites is Windsor and Essex County’s very own restaurant week. From January 16 to January 22, 2012, diners can visit any Winter Bites participating restaurant and indulge in a 3-course meal, created with 3 options in each course to choose from. Participating restaurants are open during their regular hours of operation.
