On November 26, 2010, Foia Restaurant in Tecumseh will be holding their final Chef’s Tasting Dinner of 2010.
For only $45 per person, guests can enjoy the following 5-course meal:
wild mushroom consomme
arugula with oranges, pomegranate seed and goat cheese in a red onion vinaigrette
seared arctic char over rutabaga with a lemon butter sauce
traditional beef wellington
dulce de leche and chocolate bread pudding
Guests can also include a wine pairing to their meal for an additional $35 per person. Dinner is served at 7:30pm sharp.
