The September edition of Foia Restaurant‘s Chefs Tasting Dinner is here.

On Friday, September 24, 2010, guests can have a fantastic meal made from many local products. Here is a look at the menu:

Local parsnip and apple soup

Local beet salad with mache tossed in a hazelnut vinaigrette

Home made sweet potato gnocchi with olives, sopressata and fresh tomato

Local chicken breast stuffed with chorizo, red onions and apples with a cider sauce

Local poached pears with a spiced caramel sauce

There will also be a wine pairing available for purchase with wine sommelier Beverly Carnahan.
