Yes, it’s that time of year again. Shrove Tuesday, Fat Tuesday or Pancake Tuesday. Whichever you choose to call it, it all means the same thing……time to eat the paczkis!
Last year, my sister Rose wrote up a great post about the Shrove Tuesday tradition. If you are planning on getting your fill of these tasty pastries….you better hurry. They go fast! Visit any of our great local bakeries to stock up. Blak’s Bakery, 1022 Langlois, will be selling paczkis filled with blueberry, spiced apple, raspberry, lemon, plum or custard.
