All roads lead to Spain…at least according to the July 31, 2009 Junk Pan-Asian Grill Supper Club menu.

Tickets are still available for this Spanish themed feast at $45 each and included a 4-course meal and a DJ to dance the night away.

First Course – Tapas

Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp Tapas)
One of the most common tapas plates of Spain with hints of Spanish paprika and cognac sauteed to perfection.

Calmares a la Romana (Fried Squid)
Fried calamari rings using the finest Spanish olive oil.

Alubias Blancas car Chorizo (White Beans with Chorizo)
A simple but exotic flavour the world famous Spanish Chorizo sauteed with peppers, onion, garlic, finished with white beans.

Filetes Emparados, can Ajo (Breaded Beed Fillets)
Our Junk AAA beef lightly marinated in garlic, breaded and seared to perfection.

Second Course – Salad

Salpicon de Morisco (Seafood Salad)
A combination of crab, shrimp and octopus mixed with a variety or vegetables in a light vinaigrette.

Third Course – Main Course

Paella
Seafood Paella is the most popular Spanish dish around the world.  Paella includes mussels, clams, chicken, shrimp, and pork all sauteed in a large pan and mixed with rice.

Fourth Course – Dessert

Crepes
Fresh classic crepes topped with fresh fruit.
