On May 29, 2009, Foia Restaurant will be hosting a ‘Taste of Tuscany’ event.  For only $40 per person, or $70 with wine pairings, this 5-course meal is sure to be a great night.  Here is a peak at the menu being offered (with the wine pairing in italics):
