A New Brewery Is Launching In Windsor, Here Are Their First 11 Beers

You’re invited to the launch of Windsor, Ontario’s, newest craft brewery, Rose City Beer Works.

The launch party will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the WindsorEats Food Hall at 400 Erie Street East and is open to the public and free to attend. The festivities run from 2pm to midnight.

Come choose from 10+ Rose City Beer Works beers and celebrate with the owners, Rich Cloutier and Brad Wright.

Here’s a look at their first 11 beers you can choose from at the party before they’re available for retail online on Monday, April 8, 2024.

519 Blonde Ale

Light bodied ale with refreshing fruit and citrus notes. 4.0% ALC/VOL | 12 IBU

American Amber

Medium bodied Amber Ale, notes of caramel with red berry fruit, citrus undertones. 6.0% ALC/VOL | 30 IBU

DIPA #01 – Peach

Full bodied double mash IPA, Thick mouthfeel of ripe peach. May contain pulp. 8.0% ALC/VOL | Cascade Citra

DIPA #02 – Pineapple Coconut

Full bodied double mash IPA. With real coconut cream and pineapple puree. Thick yet silky smooth mouthfeel. May contain pulp. 9.0% ALC/VOL | 45 IBU

Hazy IPA #01 – Eclipse

Medium bodied IPA accentuating the Eclipse Hop. Sweet mandarin and citrus peel. 6.1% ALC/VOL | Eclipse

Hazy IPA #01 – Mosaic

Medium bodied IPA accentuating the Mosaic Hop. Blueberry and tropical aromas. 6.1% ALC/VOL | Mosaic

Imperial Stout #01

Full bodied Imperial Stout. Tastes of coffee, toasted malts, chocolate and cream. With Fudge and Lactose. 7.5% ALC/VOL | 28 IBU

Imperial Stout #02

Full bodied Imperial Stout. with bursts of cocoa and Vanilla. With lactose. 9.0% ALC/VOL | 28 IBU

Path of Totality- Black IPA

In honour of the Solar Eclipse we made this Black IPA with Eclipse hops. Medium bodied, full flavor beer. Slight toasted malt taste breaks way to citrus and orange flavors. 6.6% ALC/VOL | 33 IBU
