Family Day is February 15 and if you’re looking for activities to do we’ve got you covered! Because who doesn’t want to spend even more time with the family? Am I right? These are a few activities that we’ll be doing with our families this weekend.

Escape to the Fairy Forest

Have you discovered the fairy forest? This quaint little trail is located off Sprucewood Ave in LaSalle. It’s a great outdoor activity and the little ones will love discovering the amazing fairy houses along the trail.

Be A Pizza Maker

Learn how to make amazing pizza dough! Get hands-on and focus on the ingredients and techniques to create the best foundation for your pizza: the dough.

Our Be A Pizza Maker class will allow you to join a Master Pizza Maker from OVEN 360 in a live and interactive session online. Have one of Canada’s most brilliant pizza makers bring you step-by-step through the process of creating the most perfect pizza dough, all in the comfort of your own home.

Don’t by shy about asking questions! This is a great opportunity to ask a trained and certified pizza master anything you had in mind about pizza making. Make use of it. This interactive experience is all ages and great for families to do together.

The Windsor Public Library is hosting on an online triva about famously fantastic fictional families. The link to the trivial will be posted on February 15 on the library’s social media accounts. So be sure to give them a follow on FaceBook and Instagram.

At Home Scavenger Hunt Kit

Another great family day activity from the Windsor Public Library. Visit Budimir library to pick up an indoor Scavenger Hunt kit to play at home! Each kit will contain simple instructions for parents/caregivers, a set of short clues to cut out and a list of clue hiding locations. After the clues are hidden, a parent can read off the 1st clue and kids can find each clue that follows by reading the directions. Be sure to visit the Windsor Public Library’s event page for lots of other events.
