Sticky Pickled Duck Wings

There was almost a full scale rebellion when chef Aaron Lynn removed these from his menu. He likes to keep things exciting and his customers on their toes. Well, it wasn’t a matter of if they’d be back, but when. Read our article about these incredibly addictive wings and why they’ll get you hooked.

Duck breast, baby!

Duck Breast

The sight alone of this plate is gorgeous enough to land it on this list. The spice and honey glazed duck breast is perfectly paired with beluga lentil pilaf, apple braised red cabbage, roasted chestnuts, and sea buckthorn jus.

Walleye

Individual Carrot Cake for dessert, anyone?

Carrot Cake

Each carrot cake is individually baked in mini bundt pans and sprinkled with some toasty, candied walnuts. Chef Aaron says he ensures only the sweetest nicest carrots are used to bring out the flavour. Oh, did we mention its iced with a cream cheese anglaise?
