Wine lovers will want to get their taste palates ready!
Chef Josh Fraser will be creating a 4-course meal that will be sure to complement the chosen wines perfectly:
- Butternut squash fritters, paired with 2015 Unoaked Chardonnay
- Seared pork belly with greens, paired with baco Foch (not certain of vintage)
- Braised beef and mushroom pie, paired with 2010 Pinot Noir
- Pumpkin poaf, paired with 2013 Chardonnay Musque.
Cooper’s Hawk Vineyard Master Taster, Barb Dejonge, will be on site to talk about the wines and why they are paired with these dishes.
Tickets are $50 each and seating is limited. Tickets must be secured before the event.
