This Walkerville original is a fusion of all the aforementioned chorizos with the the added twist of a much loved crowd pleaser: naturally smoked bacon.
Chef David Dimoglou and Robbie’s collaboration of the Smokey Bacon Chorizo deftly balances together a fusion of Latin and Louisiana cuisine, combining Cumin and allspice, thyme and chipotle and marrying everything together with smoked Bacon.
