Old Sandwich Town Walking Tour

This Saturday, June 29, 2013, take a walk through history with WindsorEats…and enjoy a drink or two along the way. Considered one of the oldest, most historically significant settlements in Ontario, Old Sandwich Town is home to some of Ontario’s oldest and most important buildings. We’ll visit sites where General Isaac Brock and Chief Tecumseh planned strategic battles in the War of 1812, essentially helping create the Canada we know today.  Have a pint at one of the oldest remaining and continuously run taverns in Ontario, The Dominion House. We’ll even visit Rock Bottom Bar and Grill, an popular stop for students and professors from the near by University and try some of the 30 beers on tap.

Ticket prices are $45 per person and can be purchased here.
