Oxley Estate Winery

On Saturday, February 16, 2013, enjoy an evening of dinner and dance at Oxley Estate Winery.

Oxley’s Chef Glen has created the following menu for the night:

  • Cream of Cauliflower with curried creme fraiche
  • Breast of Chicken “La Grange”. Filled with fresh spinach, sauteed shallots and ricotta cheese, folded in buttery phyllo layers and presented with herbed rice pilaf and fresh broccoli “amandine”.
  • Chocolate ganache tartlet with raspberry and mint
  • Coffee and tea

After dinner, you will be guided through the merengue, cha cha and rhumba.

Cost is $45 per person and includes dinner, dancing and a wine cocktail on arrival. Reception begins at 5:30pm with dinner at 6:00pm.
