Final Italian Chefs Tasting Dinner of 2012 at Foia Ristorante

On Saturday, November 24, join Foia Ristorante for their last Italian chefs tasting dinner of 2012.

Tickets for the 5-course meal cost $40 per person, or $75 per person if you’re interested in adding a wine pairing. The menu is as follows:

  • Appetizer: homemade pizzette with prosciutto, Parmesan and arugula
  • Salad: Tuscan bean salad with fresh tuna
  • Pasta: wild boar ragu
  • Entree: stuffed veal tenderloin
  • Dessert: peanut butter Nutella cheesecake

The dinner is served at 7:00pm and reservations are required. If there are any allergies, please let the restaurant know when making the reservation.
