Mazaar’s New Year’s Eve Special
Mazaar will be offering a fantastic meal and special hours during New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. On Thursday, December 31, 2009, Mazaar will be open from 11:00am to 11:00pm and from 12:00pm to 9:00pm on January 1, 2010. Please be certain to make reservations.
Their special menu on NYE will be a four course meal for only $32. Here is a look at the menu:
COURSE ONE (choose one)
Hummus dip with Pine Nuts
Chickpeas puréed with tahini, and lemon juice, topped with fried pine nuts.
Garlic Skillet Shrimp & Mushroom
Shrimp and mushroom pan seared; flavoured with garlic and lemon.
Cheese Sambussik
Phyllo shells filled with a blend of cheeses, deep fried.
COURSE TWO (choose one)
Feta Fattoush Salad
Fresh mix of greens, tomato, cucumber and deep fried pita chips tossed in our signature fattoush dressing topped with feta cheese.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, creamy caesar dressing, seasoned croutons and parmesan cheese.
COURSE THREE (choose one)
All entrees (except Lamb Manssaf) are served with traditional white rice topped with almond slivers
and steamed broccoli with Hollandaise sauce.
Shihs Tawook
Charbroiled marinated chicken breast; served with garlic dip.
Tenderloin Shish Kabob
Charbroiled marinated beef tenderloin (8 oz).
Lamb Manssaf
Tender roasted lamb on a bed of meat rice; topped with almond slivers.
Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon fillet, marinated in a mild red pepper sauce.
Surf & Turf
Charbroiled beef tenderloin kabob (4 oz) & black tiger shrimp marinated in our house vinaigrette.
