I know what you’re thinking. “Gambe-what?”
Gamberi Arrabiata is Italian for spicy shrimp. Chef Pat Lizzi of Mezzo Ristorante & Lounge showed Arms Bumanlag and the CTV Windsor staff how to cook up a quick dish if you were even in the mood for seafood.
Ingredients
- 8 jumbo shrimp
- ½ teaspoon chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of pesto
- ½ red pepper
- ½ red onion
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ cup of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- High heat.
- Add oil, then shrimp.
- Add all ingredients except white wine and tomatoes.
- Throw in the fresh tomatoes and wine at the end.
