The Srirausage has returned for the month of September. A combination of sriracha, ginger, fresh garlic, green peppers and green onions with a little heat. Booya!!
To celebrate the launch of the Srirausage this week, we came up with a recipe using our new favourite sausage and we knew it had to be an empanada.
With the creation of the Srirausage, we should give praise to one of the “coolest hot sauces” ever. Oxymoron? I think so, but Sriracha’s too cool to care!
