We’ve collaborated with Anchor Coffee House to create a drink that gives us that vacation vibe and would be a refreshing thirst quencher that would be perfect in the summer sun! The Richard Simmons is our take great classics like the Arnold Palmer. It’s a combination of fresh made limeade, and iced cascara tea (made from the cherries on the coffee plant.
Anchor Coffee House is currently the only place in southwestern Ontario currently serving Cascara tea and wanted to incorporate it into a drink. WindsorEats needed a cool, refreshing libation to enjoy in this intense summer heat. So, The Richard Simmons was born.
Just pour over ice, serve with a slice of lime and enjoy! If you want to take that Richard Simmons up a level, try adding vodka or even a sparkling wine to a bit of bubble and fizz.
