That’s right! It’s finally here! The free outdoor film screening of The Princess Bride is taking place Friday, August 6th! Inconceivable!
The movie will be shown outdoors at the cross section of Chatham Street West and Pelissier Street. We’ll have popcorn and cotton candy for purchase, storytelling and cupcake decorating for the kids and more starting at 6:30 p.m. and the film beginning at 9:00pm.
Bring a lawn chair and join us for a movie under the stars. If you come early there will activities for the kids:
- Mad Science will be on hand performing science experiments with the kids and even letting them make their own slime!
- Slice of Style will be having a cupcake decorating station, and providing mini manis & pedis for moms and their daughters. Slice of Style will also have their infamous chocolate dipped treats. Chocolate dipped pringles. Need I say more?
- And local author Karen Tompkins will be reading from her book “Different Is Just Different” and she’ll be selling signed copies too!
