On Thursday, May 24, enjoy a traditional seafood boil during our 2018 Dinner on a Beach while overlooking Lake St. Clair, mingling with friends old and new at a long, communal dinner table and taking in live musicians who will be entertaining you during and after the meal. A cash bar will open at 7:00pm with dinner to be served at 7:30pm.
The 2018 seafood boil is going to be bigger, better and a seafood lovers paradise. We’ve once again brought on chef Ted Dimoglou of Tiki Sushi to fire up a big pot on the beach for an intimate, family style feast along the shores of Lake St. Clair.
A giant pot of chef Ted’s seafood will quite literally dumped straight down the middle of our long table for our dinner guests to dive into. It’s quite the spectacle. Our dinner guests will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres upon arrival as well as crab sliders, pickled herring and caviar and raw dressed oysters to start the meal off, all before the main seafood boil which will include mussels, shrimp, clams, Andouille sausage, corn and potatoes. The boil will even served with cornbread so you can soak up all the delicious juices.
