MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE

Micro Weddings are perfect for couples who are looking for a more affordable way to get married, without compromising on the quality and overall aesthetic of their day. They are stylish, budget friendly and super low stress, with a compromise of less customization. They still feature time-honored traditions that make a wedding but on a much smaller scale.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. All you need to do is:

  1. Secure your license at City Hall.
  2. Book your time slot at WindsorEats.
  3. Celebrate.

Each WindsorEats Micro Wedding Package includes:

    • One hour and a half hour time slot (15 minute ceremony, 75 minute reception) 
    • Ceremony and venue for 25 guests
    • Legal Officiant
    • Registry table and chair
    • Personal flowers for the couple (bouquet or boutinniere)
    • Live music for the ceremony
    • Sparkling wine for a toast for up to 25 guests
    • 6” cutting cake
    • Light Bites/Hor D’oeuvres for up to 25 guests
    • $4800 (excluding HST)

BARTENDING SERVICES

Looking for bartending services for your special event? We got you. Our Bartending Services can be paired with The Traveller, our Venue or taken offsite to any location.

We supply the license. That means you don’t need to worry about securing a Special Occasion Permit (SOP). We’ll purchase all the alcohol required so you don’t have to.

Full Bar Package – $65/person:

Includes bar unit and up to four bartenders for up to 7 hours of service. Wine, beer, standard spirits (i.e. Whiskey, Vodka, Rum, Gin), mixers (cola, lemon lime soda, ginger ale, tonic, cranberry), water, cups, ice, paper straws, napkins provided. Minimum 50 people.

Non Alcoholic Package – $35/person:

Includes bar unit and up to four bartenders for up to 7 hours of service. Mocktails, mixers (coca-cola, lemon lime soda, ginger ale, tonic, cranberry), water, cups, ice, paper straws, napkins provided. Minimum 50 people.

All packages exclude HST. An 18% gratuity is added to each booking. 

Each package includes up to 7 hours of service as well as two hours for setup and two hours for take down, trained bar staff. 


THE TRAVELLER MOBILE BAR

Turn your event into an experience that is guaranteed to wow your guests. Our 1973 vintage mobile bar will be a unique addition to your event whether indoors or out.

Paired with our Bartending Services, The Traveller can be added for your event for an additional $500 (excluding HST).

We also provide a range of accessories and items which are included in the price:

  • Two vintage stools for the side serving window
  • Fresh flowers for the bar


VENUE RENTAL

Let WindsorEats be a part of your special event. Celebrate in an intimate, urban setting. Our venue can host up to 50 people indoors.

Venue Rental: $400 for an 8 hour rental.

Bar: Paired with our Bartending Services we require a minimum bar spend of $3000 for Friday or Saturday; $1000 for Sunday.

Caterer: Choose from our Preferred Caterer’s list to create the menu you want.
