The Srirausage has returned for the month of September. A combination of sriracha, ginger, fresh garlic, green peppers and green onions with a little heat. Booya!!
With the creation of the Srirausage, we should give praise to one of the “coolest hot sauces” ever. Oxymoron? I think so, but Sriracha’s too cool to care!

Sometimes called Eggs in Pugatory or Shakshouka this makes a great lunch or dinner. Serve with a crusty piece of bread to dip in the spicy sauce.
