First drink on Robbie

A bite to eat: Robbie will prepare a sausage on a bun with all the fancy toppings for you to enjoy.

This class is focused on busting myths and delving into the science behind the craft. Includes a Master Sausage Recipe and instructions to follow along at home afterwards.

Hands on sausage making. Each participant will take home 2lbs of sausages that they personally made.

The class finishes off with a charcuterie board of Robbie’s favourite links for all to enjoy.
