🌮 Rico Taco Is Back at WindsorEats Food Hall This Weekend (And Yes, We’re Very Excited) 🌮

Clear your weekend plans and mentally prepare your taste buds — Rico Taco is officially coming home to WindsorEats Food Hall 🎉

After a winter break serving churros at Bright Lights (honestly, an elite side quest), one of our most-loved food vendors is back where they belong: inside the Food Hall, firing up the grill and serving those crave-worthy tacos we’ve all been missing.

🌯 When You Can Catch Rico Taco

Rico Taco is returning with winter hours, making it easy to plan your visit (or multiple visits — no judgment):

  • Friday: 5pm – 9pm
  • Saturday: 5pm – 9pm
  • Sunday: 4pm – 8pm

Perfect for dinner plans, date nights, group hangs, or those “let’s grab tacos and see where the night goes” vibes.

🔥 Even More Chances During Special Events

While those are their regular winter hours, WindsorEats will be hosting special events on select days, which may mean even more opportunities to enjoy Rico Taco.

One to circle on your calendar now:
💖 S’mores & Cocoa Festival | February 14–16, 2026
Sweet treats, cozy winter energy, and tacos all under one roof? Absolutely.

🍹 Stick Around for Cocktails (You’ll Want To)

Even after Rico Taco wraps up for the day, the night is far from over. Stay awhile and dive into our cocktail menu, which Windsor locals already know is kind of our thing.

Yes, we’re extremely well known for our authentic, high-quality margaritas and margarita flights, but that’s just the beginning. Our bar team also serves a curated list of craft cocktails worth lingering over.

One standout to keep an eye out for? The Olivia 🍸

Silky. Bright. Unexpected. And yes… there’s olive oil in this cocktail — on purpose.

Olivia is all about texture. Instead of fat-washing, we add olive oil directly to the drink, then shake the hell out of it to create a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel that lingers long after every sip.

🌮 Welcome Home, Rico Taco

If winter needed a little extra spice, this is it. Rico Taco’s return means warmer plates, stronger margaritas, and more reasons to hang out at WindsorEats Food Hall.

Tacos are back. Margaritas are flowing. We’ll see you this weekend.
