If your December social calendar is already a chaotic swirl of parties, gift exchanges, and vague promises to “hang out soon,” we’ve got the perfect solution: a five-stop holiday pub crawl rolling through some of Windsor’s favourite non-traditional spots to watch some games… on a school bus. Yep — full nostalgia mode.
On Sunday, December 14, the crews at Phog Lounge, WindsorEats, Circuit, House of Pong, and Meteor are teaming up for the most chaotic-good field trip of the season. For $25, you’ll get transportation aboard a classic yellow school bus shuttling between all five venues. It’s childhood field trip energy, but with way better drinks.
No excuses, sports friends — you’re coming.
Every stop will have football games playing on big screens and projectors, so your diehard sports pals can’t wiggle out of this one. The crawl kicks off at 1 p.m. at Meteor, with whichever early game has the most drama lighting up the screens.
Then at 4:25 p.m., the Lions game becomes the main event for the remainder of the crawl, right up until things wrap at WindsorEats around 6 p.m.
Drink, don’t drink — you choose.
Each venue will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, so whether you want to sip a cocktail, grab a mocktail, or just come for the vibes, you’re covered. You decide how much (or how little) you spend at each stop.
Football shenanigans at every venue
Expect some fun, football-themed activities sprinkled throughout the afternoon — nothing too serious, just the kind of goofy competition that pairs perfectly with good company and a cold drink.
The real win? Friend time.
Between holiday chaos, end-of-year deadlines, and everyone scattering for family gatherings, it’s tougher than ever to connect with your crew. This crawl is basically the perfect excuse to round up your favourite people for an afternoon of festive hangs, great local venues, and a little sports-fuelled energy.
Tickets are limited — don’t sit on the sidelines.
Seats on the school bus are limited, and once they’re gone, that’s it. Grab your ticket, rally your friends, and get ready for one of the most delightfully unhinged holiday outings Windsor is hosting this year.
