Grinch Steals Secret Burger Recipes and Pops Up at WindsorEats This Weekend

If your taste buds have been feeling a little nostalgic lately, brace yourself — because things are about to get deliciously familiar at the WindsorEats Food Hall.

This weekend, from Thursday straight through Sunday, Rico Taco is hosting a neighborhood favourite inside their truck. Instead of tacos, the Burger Bar will be serving up some classics flavours you might recognize with a cheeky little pop-up packed with stacked burgers, crispy sides, and a whole lot of “oooh I’ve missed this” energy.

And yes… these burgers may taste suspiciously familiar (and be served by some familiar faces). We’re not saying a word. You didn’t hear anything from us. Just come try them and decide for yourself.

What’s Cooking?

Get ready for a lineup that comes with serious déjà-burger:

🍔 Big Popper – Spicy, cheesy chaos in a bun.
🍔 Peanut Butter Jelly Time – The sweet-and-salty curveball that hits every time.
🍔 Old School – A classic that never disappoints.
🍔 Mhopper – Saucy, messy, beefy mayhem.
🍔 Pickle Back – Like a pickle party you didn’t know you needed.

Plus: poutine, fries, and fried pickles because your self-control is officially on holiday.

And While You’re Here…

It happens to be extra festive inside the Food Hall right now because Tinseltown Windsor, our over-the-top Christmas pop-up bar, is in full jolly swing.

So after you crush a burger, you can:

✨ Sip Christmas-themed cocktails in adorable holiday mugs
✨ Enjoy craft beers
✨ Warm up with seasonal treats
Listen to live Christmas music filling the hall
✨ Bask in all the twinkly, cozy, gloriously chaotic holiday vibes

Dinner and a seasonal serotonin boost? Yes please.
