Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company Is Hosting a Brunch Pop-Up in Windsor With Street Food-Inspired Sausages

On Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 10am to 2pm, we’re hosting a brunch pop-up that’s absolutely stuffed with flavour—literally. It’s called Bangers & Brunch, and it’s all going down at the WindsorEats Food Hall, located at 400 Erie Street East in Windsor, Ontario.

We’ve teamed up with Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company and Chef Anthony Dalupan to bring you a one-day-only sausage celebration that’s got street food swagger and brunchy brilliance all wrapped up in one delicious package.


Yer Favourites: Street Food Edition 🍔🌭🌯

Robbie Bornais, the sausage sorcerer behind Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Company, is going all-in with a special pop-up theme: Yer Favourites: Street Food Edition.

He’s bringing a bold and tasty lineup of sausages inspired by iconic street eats from around the globe, including:

  • 🌭 Coney Dog Sausage – All the classic chili dog vibes, no mess.
  • 🍗 Tandoori Chicken Sausage – Spiced just right and ready to transport your taste buds.
  • 🐔 Chicken Shawarma Sausage – Middle Eastern flavour, sausage form. Need we say more?
  • 🧀 Monte Cristo Sausage – Ham, turkey, Swiss cheese… inside a sausage. Yes, seriously.
  • 🌎 And more drool-worthy surprises he’s keeping under wraps (for now).

These sausages will be available for purchase to take home, so bring a cooler and prepare to stock up.


And Then There’s Brunch… 😍

While your future fridge is being filled with sausage glory, Chef Anthony Dalupan will be cheffing it up on-site with a small, curated brunch menu using Robbie’s sausages.

He’ll be dishing out brunch creations that are equal parts comforting and creative, with dishes built around these unique links. Expect eggs, carbs, sausage-y goodness, and maybe even a touch of spice. Basically, the kind of brunch you write home (or post on Instagram) about.
