Dalufans unite. It’s taco time!
Chef Anthony Dalupan is making his glorious return to the WindsorEats Food Hall this Saturday, April 12, 2025, for a mouthwatering edition of Tacos & Tequila—and trust us, you’ll want to be first in line. His fanbase (which we’ve lovingly dubbed the Dalufans) already knows: when Anthony’s in the kitchen, things get deliciously serious.
This isn’t your average taco night. It’s a flavour-fuelled fiesta with bold bites and tequila to match. Here’s what Chef Anthony has hitting the menu:
SOUTHERN CRUNCH TACOS
Crispy chicken strips snuggled in a warm tortilla, topped with crisp lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of signature vinaigrette and lime crema. It’s crunchy, zesty, and could very well solve all your problems (or at least distract you from them deliciously).
SHRIMP SENSATION TACOS
Fresh citrus shrimp meet sweet pineapple, crisp lettuce, pico de gallo, and a spicy aioli that brings the heat. It’s like a tropical vacation in taco form—with zero travel delays and 100% flavour.
SMASH BURGER TACO
A crispy, smashed beef patty grilled straight onto a warm tortilla (yes, really), then topped with lettuce, onions, pickles, and that signature burger sauce you’ll want to bottle and take home. It’s a burger. It’s a taco. It’s a tastebud mic drop.
