On Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 2pm to 10pm, the WindsorEats Food Hall is turning into the ultimate fiesta zone. We’re talking tacos. We’re talking tequila. We’re talking brand new, one-night-only cocktails that are basically spring break in a glass.

And yes, we’re still slinging our crowd-fave margaritas like the Classic, Jalapeño, Coconut, and the dessert-in-a-glass Strawberry Shortcake (aka The Shorty), but if you’re someone who can’t commit to just one—we got you. You can now get them as a flight. That’s right, four mini margs, one legendary tray, and zero regrets.
