WindsorEats has teamed up with the legendary Cirque du Soleil to create a cocktail as dazzling as their OVO performance, which is making a highly anticipated stop in Windsor, Ontario from February 27 to March 2, 2025, at the WFCU Centre. Enter the Firefly Fizz, a drink that’s as playful, bright, and energetic as the acrobats soaring through the air in the show.
What’s in the Firefly Fizz?
Inspired by the colorful world of OVO—where insects scurry, flutter, and leap in a breathtaking spectacle—the Firefly Fizz is a vibrant, citrusy cocktail with a little sparkle and a lot of personality.
This light and playful drink uses a vodka base before adding some blue curaçao (for that electric blue pop!), fresh lime juice, honey syrup, pineapple juice, and tonic water.

The Firefly Fizz will be exclusively available at the WindsorEats Food Hall at 400 Erie St. E. for the duration of Cirque du Soleil’s run in Windsor.
