The weather in Windsor, Ontario, is still beautiful and perfect for enjoying a few more nights of revelry before the colder temps arrive.
Here are 5 events in a jam-packed weekend that we think you need to get out and enjoy before those toques and scarves are busted out:
Windsor Cocktail Festival
Windsor’s first festival dedicated to craft cocktails is happening this weekend.
This tiny affair (it is the first one, afterall) is taking place Friday, September 27, from 5pm to 11pm and is free to attend. A selection of bartenders will showcase craft cocktails made from a variety of different spirits: tequila, vodka, rum, whisky, and more.
The festival will take place at the WindsorEats Food Hall. You can find out everything you need to know about the Windsor Cocktail Festival here.

It’s a free community event that brings people together to celebrate art, entertainment, food, drink and all things local!

Loose Goose’s 15th Birthday Party
Time flies when you’re having fun and eating amazing wings!
The downtown Windsor location of The Loose Goose is celebrating 15 years with a party on Friday, September 27! They’re pulling out all the stops with an extended patio party from 6pm to 10pm.
- Live music by Fake Low on our outdoor stage to keep the good vibes going all evening long.

- Plus, they’re giving away prizes all night long!
Windsor Tequila Party
Not only is the WindsorEats Food Hall celebrating tequila on Saturday, September 28, from 2pm to 11pm, we’re also bringing back Sabor Latino Band for one last fiesta before it gets too chilly.
We’ll transform our cocktail menu to showcase a variety of tequila based drinks for you to enjoy as you dance the night away to the band on our patio.
The event is free to attend and is pet and family friendly.
Downtown Windsor Night Market & Free Windsor Symphony Orchestra Concert
Missed out on the Walkerville night market on the Friday? Just wanting to double dip markets? Head to downtown Windsor on Saturday, September 28 from 5pm to 9pm to check out a wide variety of vendors and entertainment!
In addition to the night market, the art alley by the Pellissier parking garage will once again be transformed into a concert venue for Classical in the Concrete, a free concert by the Windsor Symphony Orchestra.
