Spring has sprung and it’s time to get out into the open air and discover something new. Did you know that North 42 Degrees Estate Winery and Serenity Lavender Farm is home to a 40 acre Carolinian forest?
Spring is the best time to view this area as it puts on a a beautiful display of wildflowers and they are holding a unique event to take it all in . Do you want to know what makes it even better? Wine and an outdoor campfire lunch.
You’ll be lead on a guided hike, treated to wine tasting, an outdoor camp style gourmet lunch, prepared by Executive Chef Steve Meehan while you learn about the beautiful wildflower species that inhabit this natural wonderland.
The Hike 42 Degrees event takes place on April 29 and May 6 from 10am to 1pm. Tickets are $35 and include the hike, food and and wine tasting. Vegan meals are available. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or by contacting 519-984-2684
