LA CONTESSA
La Contessa, located in the heart of Windsor’s Via Italia, is offering up options for fish lovers, meat lovers, chicken lovers and veggie lovers. The specials run from February 11-14, 2017.
Prices include appetizers, entree and dessert. You can also mix and match.
SWEET REVENGE BAKE SHOP
Who doesn’t love some treats on Valentine’s Day?
Sweet Revenge Bake Shop, both their Tecumseh and their Riverside locations, are offering up some specials to help you show your love:
- ‘Will You Be My Valentine?’ Macaron gift box for $25
- 4 painted heart macaron gift box for $16
- 12 macs in a gift box for $24
- 6 macs in a gift box for $12
- Valentine’s Treat Gift Box for $15. Includes 2 black salt caramels, 2 macarons, 1 sugar cookie and meringues
They’ll also be offering creme brulee for two ($12), chocolate strawberries ($1.25 each) sugar cookies ($3 each) and a 4″ cake for two ($30).
The popular Via Italia restaurant, Mezzo Ristorante & Lounge, is offering up two 4-course menu options for diners.
Their $55 menu has dishes to choose from like a pan seared chicken breast in a wild mushroom, truffle cream sauce of their manicotti.
The $75 menu options include dishes like beef tenderloin or their Pollo Mezzo.
THE CITY GRILL
The City Grill is giving you three different ways to show you care just as much about your taste buds as you do your significant other.
On February 10-11, 2017, they’ll be showcasing a special 3-course Valentine’s Weekend Menu for only $40.
Then on Sunday, February 12, enjoy a Champagne Brunch for Valentine’s.
Finally, if you’re heading out on February 14, a special 4-course menu for $60 is served up with several options to choose from for each course.
BEACON ALE HOUSE
Head out to Amherstburg for a dinner and then take a romantic stroll along the river at Navy Yard Park.
Beacon Ale House is offering a 5-course menu for $40 each.
ANCHOR COFFEE HOUSE & BLIND OWL
They recently partnered to operate out of one location, now they’re together again for a special Valentine’s Day event.
Enjoy a tasting event on Saturday, February 11 at 7:00pm.
The event will take place at Vnoteca, a wine club normally reserved exclusively for its private members. The night will consist of craft cocktails made by The Blind Owl, a 5 course tasting menu, vintage wine pairing by Vnoteca Wine Lounge and an espresso bar and dessert crafted by Anchor Coffee House.
The event is $150 per couple.
WALKREVILLE BREWERY
Join Walkerville Brewery and The Cheese Bar for a festive, informative and social evening where you will taste your way through a 3 course pairing (6 beers & 6 cheeses); including a dessert course featuring a flight of festive cupcakes and a tea sampling.
It’s a lovely evening to celebrate with someone special or simply a fun night out with friends.
Your hosts will lead you through the tasting, offering tips and guidance on what makes a great pairing, however discussion and experimentation will be encouraged. Ages 19+ only.

Cheese, beer and languages of love. Could the lead-up to Valentine’s Day get any better?
On Thursday February 9 at 7:00pm, Craft Heads Brewing Company and The Cheese Bar will be hosting an Artisanal Cheese & Craft Beer Pairing with special guest Loose Lips Language Exchange.
Sample 5 cheeses, 5 craft beers and learn some common phrases in different languages. Tickets are $30 and are available online.

Infatuated with a beer lover? Rock Bottom Bar & Grill are hosting a Valentine’s Beer Dinner on February 14 at 6:30pm.

THE WILLISTEAD
Enjoy a set 3-course dinner for $35 per person at The Willistead this Valentine’s Day. Two seatings are available at either 6:00pm or 8:00pm. Reservations are required.

Enzo’s Trattoria is offering a 4-course meal for only $45 per person. The portions never disappoint.
Well known for their burgers, Joe Schmoe’s is serving up a special Maple Chipotle Salmon for Valentine’s Day, served on top of a penne covered in lobster cream sauce for only $18.
