El Patron Taqeatery has returned Mexican dining to Downtown Windsor.

The quaint restaurant, located in at the Pelissier and Chatham St. W. intersection, is serving authentic Mexican cuisine using the freshest of ingredients (trust me. I’ve seen their freezer. It’s super tiny!)

They’ve had a great response from the downtown community with customers already becoming regulars and visiting each and every day.

What to expect: There is no ground beef on the menu. It’s all real steak, real sirloin, tenderloin, real fish all made to order. Even the jalapeno poppers are made from fresh jalapeno peppers. That said, because they are fresh, the heat of the peppers can’t be controlled.

Be sure to tell Shaila and the El Patron crew that WindsorEats sent you!
