Chef’s Tasting Dinner at Foia on March 26, 2010

On Friday, March 26, 2010, Foia Restaurant will be hosting another edition of their Chef’s Tasting Dinner.

Tickets are $40 and the doors will open at 6:00pm with dinner beginning at 7:30pm.

The popular set menu event is taking place on the same evening as another popular set menu evening, Mezzo’s Supper Club.

The menu for Foia’s Chef’s Tasting Dinner will be:

Soup
Chestnut soup with watercress

Salad
Spinach salad with navel oranges and pink grapefruit with a Cointreau vinaigrette

Pasta
Cannelloni puttenesca

Entree
Beef Forestier

Dessert
Vanilla bean petit pot de creme with raspberry juice

Wine pairings for the dinner are optional at $30 per person. Please inform the restaurant of any allergy requests upon reserving your attendance.
