Foia’s Last Chefs Tasting Dinner of 2009

You read that right.  So if you’ve heard the all good things being said about the Foia Restaurant’s Chefs Tasting Dinners and wanted to give them a try, November 27 is your last chance to do so in 2009.

The menu will be:

Appetizer
Roasted garlic bisque with arugula

Salad
Organic mixed greens with pomegranate, pink grapefruit and red onions tossed in a blueberry vinaigrette

Pasta
Seafood and ricotta stuffed cannelloni with a cognac bechamel sauce

Entree
Angus beef tenderloin burgundy style with a mascarpone potato puree

Dessert
Coconut rice pudding with infused pineapple

Tickets can be purchased by contacting Foia at 519.739.9779.  Please be sure to tell them you heard about it through WindsorEats!

The seating scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2009, has been cancelled.
