Monday, January 9, 2012, owners Ryan and Tina were ecstatic to open the doors for the first time at their brand new Smoke & Spice Southern Barbeque location in east Windsor. The place was absolutely packed the moment the doors opened at 5:00pm and pretty much stayed that way the entire night.

As a reminder, the Ottawa location no longer exists and is in the process of becoming a new restaurant. We’ll tell you more about that later.
