Craft Heads Brewing Company is getting ready for the Downtown Flight Clubs, The Flight Before Christmas beer crawl in style. They’ll be sharing four special beers with each participant of the crawl as they make one of 5 stops throughout downtown Windsor.
First, they’ll be making a special batch of their Fine N Dandy Saison, where all profits will go to the Canadian Cancer Society’s Wheels of Hope program.
They’re also bringing back a beer that was specially brewed for the 2017 Windsor Craft Beer Festival that they ran out of in the first night: Sour Batch Kids. Just this kettle sour beer with lactose alone is worth coming our on the Flight Club.
All aboard the Pineapple Express! It’s a Belgian triple aged on pineapples that packs a 10% ABV punch that each beer crawler will be able to warm themselves up with.
Speaking of warming up, the fourth beer available at Craft Heads for the crawl will be a Mulled Beer. While they’re holding the details of this one close, we know it’ll be a warm, spiced beer that they’re currently trying to make low gluten.
Downtown Flight Club is a pub crawl through the downtown core to The Windsor Beer Exchange, Phog Lounge, Craft Heads Brewing Company, Snack Bar-B-Q and Villains Beastro. Crawlers each get 20 brand new craft beers (or 10 wines) and a Holiday Flight Club giveaway. It takes place Saturday, December 23, 2017, from 1:00pm until 6:00pm.
