F & B Walkerville is pushing the limits of cuisine in Windsor again with a simple snack.
The restaurant is the first in Windsor to be using cricket powder in the region.
Chef John Alvarez has taken gourmet popcorn to another level with a fantastic feature: Cricket Truffle Popcorn.
The popcorn is covered with Japanese Seven Spice, truffle oil, cricket powder, lime zest, and fresh shaved Italian winter truffle from The Mushroom Hub and makes for quite a tasty snack. A little bit of heat will sneak up on you after throwing a few fingers full into your mouth.
