Cask Month

Tonight is the final night of Bites & Beers at Walkerville Brewery and chef Philippe Octavien of Black Magic Culinary Creations is making some mouth-watering dishes.

His menu for this week includes:

  • Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese: Slow roasted marinated pulled pork with aged cheddar cheese, caramelized bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.
  • Smoked Gouda & Smoked Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese (Gluten Free & Vegetarian)
  • Black Magic Sausage: Black Magic Sausage, courtesy of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., with onion relish and Dijon mustard aioli on a toasted bun from Blak’s Bakery.
  • Tater Tot Nachoes (Vegetarian): Oven crisped tater tots tossed in Black Magic dust and topped with salsa fresca, lime crema, cheddar cheese, avocado aioli and cilantro

Also available will be a limited edition Mint Chocolate Stout cask by Walkerville Brewery.

Festivities begin at 4:00pm.
