After serving over 3000 oysters and 2300 signature cocktails, F&B Walkerville is switching up their menu for summer.

The restaurant, which opened in April 2016, is offering a lighter fare during the hot summer months with more seafood on their new menu. The oysters have been a hit and will remain, with 7 different varieties currently being offered, but they’ll be complemented on the menu by a seared Mediterranean sea bass (better known as branzino) served with kimchi hash, just to name one dish.

Their wine list has also expanded and the signature cocktail menu received an update, including The Blackflower, which $1 of each purchase will be donated to Second Change Animal Rescue.
