Robbie Bornais is off to British Columbia.

Windsor’s sausage making legend, and owner of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausage Co., Robbie is once again competing in The Great Canadian Sausage Making Competition with the goal to bring home the trophy for Canada’s Best Sausage.

This is Robbie’s second time competing in the competition. The first time, as an amateur in 2012, he won 4 gold medals and has his Chorizo named Best Sausage in Canada. He returned in 2014 as a professional and brought home a bronze for the Chorizo, a silver for his Apple Butter & Sage sausage and a gold for his Merguez and Coppa sausages.
