The April Takedown Tuesdays at Joe Schmoe’s will be tough to choose a winner.
If you haven’t heard of them yet, the Takedown Tuesdays offer two creative hand crafted burgers available each Tuesday in the month only. The two burgers battle it out for a future spot on our menu with the competition running for one month. At the end of that month, the burger that has sold the most moves on to compete with the next creation.
This month’s contenders are:
BIG BLUE (current champion)
Bison and beef patty, Gorgonzola cheese, blueberry-bourbon BBQ sauce, sautéed onions, bacon, lettuce, tomato, on a brioche bun.
ALL DAY BREAKFAST BURGER (current challenger)
Seasoned pork patty, cheddar, braised pork belly, sunny side up egg, pico de gallo, fried jalapenos, southwest sauce, on an English muffin style bun.
